Building for the green future

Current global challenge

According to the International Energy Agency (IEA), global carbon emissions reached 37.12 billion tons in 2022, while nature can only absorb 1 billion tons of CO2 annually. This data clearly demonstrates that human carbon emissions far surpass the capacity of nature to absorb them.

The consequences of increased carbon emissions have accelerated global warming, resulting in worldwide climate change-related disasters. To effectively address climate change, reducing the atmospheric concentration of carbon dioxide to the pre-industrial level of 280 parts per million (ppm) is crucial, necessitating a reduction in carbon emissions by at least 1,000,800,000,000 tons per year.

To tackle this challenge, we have developed an innovative solution in the form of an advanced algae photobioreactor system (PBRs). These PBRs are designed to capture significant amounts of CO2 from the atmosphere actively. Our system offers a space-saving, cost-effective, and sustainable approach to reducing CO2 emissions.

Utilizing the incredible carbon-fixing abilities of microalgae, our PBRs enable rapid and efficient carbon sequestration. These microorganisms efficiently convert carbon dioxide into saccharides through the process of photosynthesis, effectively offsetting carbon emissions on a large scale.

Scale-up model

The scale-up PBRs operate automatically and can be conveniently managed through our online monitoring system. This ensures efficient and reliable operation, allowing continuous CO2 capture and reduction. By implementing our algae photobioreactor system, we aim to contribute to the global effort of mitigating climate change by actively capturing and reducing carbon emissions. Through the utilization of nature's carbon-fixing properties, we strive to create a more sustainable and environmentally conscious future.
